Terms of Service

Welcome to Friday Intelligence (“Friday Intelligence,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Friday Intelligence Private Limited, a company registered in India with its registered office in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, courses, workshops, learning platform, community, and related services available through thefriday.ai, including our paid courses at thefriday.ai/courses.

By accessing our website or enrolling in any program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to purchase or participate in any paid program. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Our Services

Friday Intelligence provides educational content, including online courses, live workshops, recorded sessions, AI tools and demonstrations, assignments and projects, community access, certificates where applicable, and other learning resources. Course content, curriculum, instructors, schedules, and learning materials may be updated or modified from time to time to improve the learning experience.

AI Tools Disclaimer

Certain courses involve the use, demonstration, or teaching of third-party AI tools. Outputs generated by AI tools during coursework may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for specific use cases. Friday Intelligence is not responsible for decisions made or actions taken based on AI-generated outputs encountered during the course.

Course Access

Unless otherwise stated on the course page, learners may access purchased course materials, recordings, and resources for one year from the date of enrollment. Access expires automatically thereafter unless renewed or extended at Friday Intelligence’s discretion.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others, allow multiple users to access one account, misrepresent your identity, or use another person’s account. Any activity under your account is your responsibility, and Friday Intelligence reserves the right to suspend accounts showing signs of shared or unauthorized access.

Payments

Course fees are displayed in Indian Rupees before purchase. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers, and Friday Intelligence does not store your card or payment credentials. Your enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment.

Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged where required by law, and a GST-compliant invoice will be issued for each successful payment.

If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer while continuing to access the course, Friday Intelligence reserves the right to suspend your account until the dispute is resolved.

Our services are currently offered to learners in India in Indian Rupees only. Pricing for international learners in other currencies will be introduced at a later date, with updated terms to follow.

Refund Policy

Certain programs include a Work-Back Guarantee. Unless otherwise stated on the course page, the guarantee applies when the learner has attended the live sessions, or watched the recordings, of the first four sessions, has attempted the core build tasks for those sessions, and submits a refund request in writing before the beginning of Week 3.

If, by the end of Week 1, the learner believes the program is not the most practical Agentic AI program they have taken, they may request a refund by emailing our support team within the applicable time period described above.

Approved refunds are processed and credited back to the original payment method within seven working days of approval.

Programs that do not explicitly mention the Work-Back Guarantee are subject to the refund policy displayed on their respective course pages. Every course page will clearly state its applicable refund terms.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by Friday Intelligence, including videos, slides, notes, code, assignments, templates, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the intellectual property of Friday Intelligence unless otherwise stated. This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, uploaded, or shared without prior written permission.

Learner-Submitted Content

Assignments, projects, and code submitted by learners during the course remain the intellectual property of the learner. By submitting such work, the learner grants Friday Intelligence a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to showcase, display, or reference this work for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes, with appropriate credit given to the learner. Learners may opt out of this by notifying us at hello@thefriday.ai.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Record or redistribute paid sessions without permission
• Share course materials publicly
• Upload malicious software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Disrupt classes or community discussions
• Harass instructors or other learners
• Use our services for unlawful purposes

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

Community Guidelines

Some programs include access to online communities. Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct. Friday Intelligence reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior, without refund.

Certificates

Certificates, where offered, are issued upon successful completion of the applicable program requirements. Enrollment alone does not guarantee certification.

No Job Guarantee

Friday Intelligence provides education, practical learning, projects, and career support. Enrollment in any course does not guarantee employment, internship opportunities, freelance projects, salary increases, interviews, or promotions. Career outcomes depend on individual effort, skills, market conditions, and employer requirements.

Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as payment gateways, cloud providers, communication tools, or AI service providers. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or policies of third-party services.

Service Availability and Force Majeure

While reasonable efforts are made to keep our platform available, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, internet connectivity, or circumstances beyond our control.

Friday Intelligence is not liable for any failure or delay in delivering its services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or power outages, government actions, pandemics, or instructor unavailability due to illness or emergency. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Friday Intelligence is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the learner for the applicable course.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Friday Intelligence, its founders, employees, and instructors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

Friday Intelligence may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, or misuse of the platform occurs. Termination does not affect obligations that arose before termination.

Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that personal information will be handled in accordance with that policy.

Grievance Redressal

In accordance with applicable Indian law, Friday Intelligence has designated a Grievance Officer to address complaints or concerns regarding these Terms or our services. Complaints will be acknowledged and addressed within a reasonable timeframe, generally not exceeding seven days.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If unresolved within seven days, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by both parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and proceedings shall be conducted in English. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court.

Changes to These Terms

Friday Intelligence may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on the website with the updated effective date. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the Dispute Resolution section above, any legal proceedings are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Miscellaneous

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Friday Intelligence regarding your use of our services.

No Waiver

Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment

Friday Intelligence may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without notice. Learners may not assign or transfer their enrollment or account without prior written consent.
